Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Guarantee
Our store provides a "10-Day Return Guarantee," effective from the date of receipt of the merchandise. To initiate a return, please notify us via email at info@amadohk.com, including your full name, contact number, email address, and order number.
2. Return Process
Upon verification of the provided information, we will issue a return confirmation email. Customers are required to return the item(s), including original packaging and receipt, within seven days of receiving the return confirmation. Please be advised that shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), our team will conduct an inspection. If the item(s) meet the stipulated return criteria, arrangements will be made for either an exchange or a refund, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
In instances where the returned item(s) do not comply with our return conditions, they will be returned to the customer.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Incorrect size or fit
- Defective merchandise
- Items received that do not correspond to the original order
Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Tags have been removed or original packaging is absent
- Items that have sustained damage due to wear, cracking, fraying, discoloration, or similar issues
- Absence of the receipt issued by our establishment
- Items purchased at a discounted rate
5. Refund Process
All refunds will be processed within seven business days following the confirmation of receipt of the returned item(s) and all requisite information.
For payments made via credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card account, subject to the processing timelines of individual banks or credit card companies.
For payments made through the Faster Payment System, refunds will be credited back to the bank account used for the original transaction.
