1. Upon placing an order on the website, customers will receive an "Order Confirmation" via email.
2. When the items are prepared for shipment (within 1-2 business days following order confirmation), customers will be notified via email with a "Shipment Notification."
3. Shipping times are subject to variation based on the specific region.
4. Should the goods fail to be delivered for any reason, customers are advised to contact us directly.

Shipping Charges

Hong Kong Region:
1. Complimentary delivery is offered for purchases exceeding HK$500 (to SF Express stations, SF smart lockers, residential addresses, or business addresses). For orders below HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be applied (per order).
2. Customers are required to provide the shipping address, full name, and contact number to facilitate delivery and collection by SF Express.

Areas Outside Hong Kong:
Customers are advised to contact us directly to inquire about shipping charges.
