Delivery Information

  1. Once an order is successfully placed on our website, customers will receive an Order Confirmation Email confirming that the order has been received.
  2. When the order is ready for shipment (usually within 1-2 business days after order confirmation), customers will receive a Shipping Notification Email.
  3. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination area.
  4. If your order cannot be delivered for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Shipping Fees

Hong Kong

  • Free shipping is available for orders of HK$400 or above.
  • A shipping fee of HK$30 per order will be charged for orders below HK$400.

  • JD Logistics Pickup Point (including selected 7-Eleven convenience stores across Hong Kong)
  • Residential Address
  • Commercial / Business Address

FPS Payment Promotion

Customers who choose FPS (Faster Payment System) as the payment method can enjoy free delivery to JD Logistics Pickup Points, including selected 7-Eleven stores across Hong Kong.

Payment Instructions:

  • After completing the FPS payment, please send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • Shipment will be arranged once payment has been verified.
  • If the checkout page displays an additional HK$30 shipping fee, please disregard it and pay only the product amount.

  • Delivery or Pickup Address

International Shipping

Shipping fees for destinations outside Hong Kong will vary depending on the destination and parcel weight.
